1. Service and price

The base service costs £99 per month for one Google Business Profile/location. This covers up to 50 new reviews handled each month. Additional volume and bespoke requirements are priced separately as set out below. Review handling runs every 24 hours after activation has been confirmed.

2. Replies and flagged reviews

Positive five-star reviews receive personalised replies posted on your business’s behalf. Every review below five stars, and any five-star review containing a complaint, concern or sensitive issue, is flagged to your nominated contact with a recommended reply rather than automatically answered.

You check the facts, adjust the recommended wording and publish the reply yourself. You decide when to publish it. Flagging does not include investigating or resolving the complaint on your behalf.

3. AI and your business’s voice

AI assists with personalised wording using the review, your agreed tone, sign-off and relevant business information. Positive five-star replies can be published automatically without individual human review. Not every reply is checked by a person before publication.

Agreeing your tone, sign-off, business information and nominated escalation contact is included.

4. Allowance and additional volume

All new reviews handled count towards the monthly allowance of 50, including reviews flagged with recommended replies. A flagged review counts even if you choose not to publish the recommendation.

Additional volume costs £25 per additional 25 reviews and is agreed with you beforehand. There are no unexpected charges. No extra paid volume is handled without your agreement; we will discuss the next step if your volume exceeds the allowance.

5. Existing reviews and extra support

Existing unanswered reviews are outside the monthly allowance and can be quoted separately. Bespoke services are available for multiple locations, higher volumes or additional requirements.

Unlimited custom workflows, complaint investigation and ongoing consultancy are not included in the £99 monthly service.

6. Access, consent and activation

You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile and invite ReputationCare as a manager using our own Google account. You do not share your password. Google’s manager role is broader than review replies: managers can also edit business information and manage posts. They cannot add or remove other users or remove the profile. As the owner, you can remove our access. Google’s explanation of roles (opens in a new tab).

Before activation, we confirm your requirements, agree your business information and escalation details, and obtain your explicit consent to post positive five-star replies on your behalf, with concerns flagged to you. We then confirm when the service is active.

7. Subscription and cancellation

The service is a monthly rolling subscription. You can cancel with one month’s notice. Contact hello@reputationcare.co.uk about your subscription or cancellation.

8. Complimentary examples and enquiry privacy

The three example replies are complimentary and require no Google account access or commitment. An enquiry does not create a subscription or take a payment.

9. Examples, experience and outcomes

The reviews and replies shown on this page are invented illustrations, not client reviews or results. References to the founder’s professional experience are not claims of results achieved for ReputationCare clients.

Thoughtful replies can help build trust and confidence, but customer decisions and business outcomes are not guaranteed.
