Enquiry privacy
How information is processed when you contact ReputationCare.
Who to contact
ReputationCare uses enquiry information to answer questions and prepare requested example replies. Contact hello@reputationcare.co.uk about your information or this notice.
What you provide
The form asks for your name, business name, email address and, optionally, a Google Business Profile link. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer information.
How the enquiry form works
When online enquiries are enabled, the form sends your details securely to the website’s backend. The backend validates the request and passes the enquiry to Resend, our email-delivery provider, addressed to hello@reputationcare.co.uk. The page shows a confirmation only after the provider has accepted the enquiry for sending. Provider acceptance does not guarantee arrival in the inbox.
If online enquiries are unavailable, the page says so and provides a direct email alternative. If a request times out, its delivery status may be uncertain; you will not see a success confirmation. You can retry, with duplicate protection for the same request, or email us.
Acknowledgement emails are sent only when that option is configured. We do not automatically add enquirers to a mailing list.
Processing and storage
The website does not maintain an enquiry database or save form drafts in browser storage. Enquiry details are processed by the hosting service and, when delivery is enabled, by Resend and our email provider. Accepted messages may be retained in provider records and our mailbox as correspondence.
The backend does not deliberately write form contents to application logs. It uses a temporary, hashed network identifier for basic request limiting. This temporary counter expires after ten minutes and is not an enquiry record. Hosting and email providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure their services.
How we use your information
We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare the requested examples and discuss the service if you wish. Sending an enquiry does not create a subscription or authorise us to access your Google account.
Your choices
You can email us to ask about the information held about your enquiry, correct it or request its deletion. You can also contact us directly instead of using the form. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers or marketing-list sign-ups to this website.
